Summary
Heinz was the son of Petra and a police officer residing in the same town as Schumann. Driven by an intense ambition to climb the ranks, he frequently neglected his mother and her isolation. Upon discovering that Tenma had arrived in his city, Heinz became obsessed with capturing him, even to the point of interrupting his mother’s surgery. After Schumann reprimanded him for his reckless behavior with a gun in the operating room, Heinz eventually calmed down. Schumann then persuaded him that imprisoning Tenma would be unjust given the man’s actions. Consequently, Heinz contacted his superiors to apologize, claiming he had mistakenly identified another Asian man as Tenma due to their similar appearances.
