Summary

Harmonia Gropius, Natural N is a mysterious figure who debuted in the Black and White, or Fifth generation, Pokémon games. Serving as a rival to the protagonist, he encounters the player repeatedly for battles. He is an idealistic activist who embraces the Team Plasma doctrine of freeing Pokémon from human dominion, driven by the belief that humans constantly exploit Pokémon and their powers for combat and utility. N’s ultimate ambition is to establish distinct realms for humans and Pokémon to exist separately. He possesses the unique capacity to perceive a Pokémon’s emotions and thoughts, effectively hearing their "voice." N shares a far more intuitive bond with Pokémon than with people. He is also fascinated by mathematical formulas and their cohesive interplay. Consequently, he enjoys riding Ferris wheels, appreciating how various mathematical principles combine to produce a beautifully synchronized circular motion.
