Summary
Gaen Izuko first appeared in Tsubasa Tiger as the episode's newest client, crossing paths with the vampire hunter during the incident involving the tiger-shaped oddity, Kako. She presents herself as a youthful woman dressed in oversized hip-hop attire. Regarded as the series' most knowledgeable specialist, she asserts that she knows everything, even claiming the ability to predict the future. Her confidence is reflected in her catchphrase, "There is nothing I don't know, I know everything." While her omniscience is questionable, she excels at leveraging her information advantage to dismantle the confidence of others, such as Tsubasa. During "Shinobu Time," she carried five cellphones and provided Koyomi with three contact numbers. Unlike Meme, who seeks compensation, Kaiki, who works for money, or Yozuru, who works for free, Gaen demands "friendship" as payment. This means she requests favors instead of immediate payment, creating a network of debts. She does not specify when or what these favors will be, using them as transactional tools to ensure her desired outcomes are achieved later.
