Summary

Kurenai Yuuhi is a Konoha Jounin and the leader of Team 8, which includes Kiba Inuzuka, Shino Aburame, and Hinata Hyuuga. Her squad specializes in tracking, and Kurenai herself is a highly skilled genjutsu specialist. Although she maintains a close bond with all her students, she feels particular concern for Hinata. She understands how Hinata is perceived by her father despite being the clan heiress as the eldest child, and she is also aware of Hinata’s crush on Naruto Uzumaki. When Hinata offered Naruto medicine after his fight with Kiba and he hesitated to accept it, Kurenai persuaded him to take it. She describes herself as a big sister type, possessing a personality that is straightforward, honest, and unyielding.
