Summary
As the leader of the elite assassination squad Cerberus within the Chronos Numbers, Nizer specializes in close-range combat. He fights with a pair of tonfas called "Dioskuroi," demonstrating exceptional skill when destroying a werewolf created by Lucifer nanomachines. These creatures can regenerate any body part as long as a fragment remains, even regrowing their heads, forcing Nizer to completely pulverize his target to ensure death. He harbors a deep personal vendetta against Creed Diskenth for the death of Number X, his former partner Ash. While he is too severely injured by Creed’s Imagine Blade and a gunshot from Echidna to join the assault at Clarken Island in the manga, the anime provides more context. Unlike the manga, which only mentions these events, the anime depicts Creed killing Ash and injuring Nizer.
