Summary
Minoru Tokitou is a young man who possesses no recollection of his past. He is distinguished by a disturbing, animalistic hand that evokes the imagery of the corpses left behind by the new drug, Wild Adapter. Kubota literally picks him up off the street, and the two now reside together. While Kubota maintains an eternally placid facade, Tokitoh is brash and boisterous, serving as the one person Kubota truly cares about.
