Summary
Hugo Espinosa is a male character with the supernatural ability to transform rubber balls into acid. He is among the group of power users attempting to recruit Soya into their ranks. Despite his confident assertions that he cannot be deceived, Hugo proves to be highly gullible and frequently falls victim to Soya’s pranks. His attempts to join the group ultimately end in humiliation when Soya defeats him by stuffing nattō soybeans down his shirt and squirting wasabi sauce up his nose.
