Summary
Kouta Akagi makes his debut during Round III, where he is located in the Northern Country alongside Yokoya. Frustrated with Yokoya's behavior, he secretly assists Akiyama. He subsequently chooses to participate in Round IV. As of now, no voice actors have been assigned to this character.
