Summary
Keitarou Urashima is a 20-year-old third-year ronin standing 171 cm tall who is desperately attempting to enter Tokyo University to honor a childhood promise made to a girl fifteen years prior. His journey is fraught with difficulty due to terrible luck, poor study habits, and an inability to grasp material as easily as his peers, resulting in three exam failures. After his grandmother grants him ownership of the Hinata Inn, a female dormitory, his inherent clumsiness causes significant trouble; he frequently finds himself in compromising situations by accidentally seeing the residents naked or tripping and touching them inappropriately. Despite these flaws, he remains well-meaning, friendly, and determined, qualities that eventually win the hearts of all the girls at the inn.
