Vertex Force Drops First Main PV, Key Visual & Oct. 3 Launch

Original mecha-and-girls series Vertex Force just shifted into high gear. The official site has uncorked the first main promotional video and key visual, locking a firm broadcast start of October 3 at 11:30 p.m. on Tokyo MX, with BS11, Gunma TV, and Tochigi TV also in the lineup.

The PV and visual introduce a stacked main cast: Makoto Koichi as junior-high brother Akira Toudou, Kaede Hondo as his Engine-powered older sister Haruka, plus Ami Koshimizu, Megumi Han, and Rie Takahashi as Eleanor Northbrook, Lara Zudenstein, and Youko Nishina. Comments from the full ensemble dropped alongside the reveal.

Strike Witches and Vividred Operation veteran Kazuhiro Takamura directs, designs characters, and co-writes series composition at Shogakukan Music & Digital Entertainment (SMDE), with Goro Kuji as assistant director and Nobuaki Nobusawa on music. The story follows a northern Okinawa sibling pair—one gifted with the mysterious “Engine,” one not—as unexplained threats sweep the globe and the fate of more than Earth hangs in the balance.

For fans of Takamura’s breezy-but-high-stakes girls-with-machines formula, the main PV is the clearest look yet at how summer vacation and saving the planet will collide this fall.
