Ore to Yuu-nii! Opens Official Site With Expanded Crew and January Teaser

Production house DMM pictures has gone live with an official website for Ore to Yuu-nii!, the television anime of Miyuki Nakayama’s boys-love manga Shota Oni, and used the launch to introduce a fresh wave of creative staff plus a teaser promo. The series is locked for a January 2027 premiere—Winter 2027 on the seasonal calendar—with Studio Hibari handling animation.

Joining previously announced director Noriko Hashimoto and series composer Yuniko Ayana are character designer and chief animation director Yuumi Kuroiwa, art director Hirofune Hane, color designer Saki Tada, and director of photography Sena Nakagawa. Music duties go to Yukari Hashimoto and Ruka Kawada under Pony Canyon, while Takeshi Takadera oversees sound.

The short promo offers an early look at the soft daily rhythm between grade-schooler Tsubaki Sawashiro and his gentle high-school childhood friend Yuu Shimizu—the height-gap, heart-tug pairing that made Nakayama’s Square Enix Gangan BLiss hit a favorite. With the site, crew list, and teaser now public, the adaptation’s path into next winter’s lineup is finally clear.
