Jaadugar Reclaims Anime Corner No.1 in Summer Week 5 Rankings

Science SARU’s summer standout Jaadugar: A Witch in Mongolia has seized the crown again. In Anime Corner’s Week 5 community poll for Summer 2026, the historical drama rose from fifth place to first with 6.75% of the vote—its second weekly win of the season after previously topping the chart in Week 2.

The race was razor-thin. Though I Am an Inept Villainess held second at 6.32%, locking a top-three berth for a fourth straight week, while last week’s leader Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War – The Calamity slipped to third with 6.26%—a mere 0.06 points off the runner-up. Saga of Tanya the Evil II and Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 3 rounded out the top five.

Only Jaadugar and Tanya II have claimed first place more than once this summer, underlining how open the season still is. Further down the board, titles like Smoking Behind the Supermarket with You, You and I Are Polar Opposites Season 2, and Daemons of the Shadow Realm kept the mid-table lively as Week 6 voting opens.

Community polls don’t crown an official champion, but they do capture the mood of the season—and right now that mood is favoring palace intrigue under the Mongol sky. Sitara and Töregene’s empire-shaking alliance is clearly resonating as the series marches deeper into its airing run.
