Synopsis

Continues the story of Mobile Suit Gundam F91

In the 123rd year of the Universal Century, rising tensions between the Federation and the rebel faction Crossbone Vanguard ignite conflict across the space colonies of Earth. When violence erupts in Seabook Arno's home colony, he and his friends are compelled to escape, soon caught up in a rapidly escalating war. Along the way, Seabook encounters Cecily Fairchild, granddaughter of the noble Meitzer Ronah, who aims to establish a new political state called Cosmo Babylonia. The Ronah family, employing the Crossbone Vanguard as their military arm, intends to revive aristocratic rule and create an economic system that favors the nobility at the expense of common citizens throughout the Earth Sphere. Tasked with piloting the Gundam F91—a mobile suit developed by his mother—Seabook must decide whether to back the existing Federation government or ally with Cecily in pursuit of a better future for everyone.

In the year Universal Century 0153, the Zanscare Empire has seized control of the space colonies at Side 2, maintaining its authority through the brutal spectacle of the guillotine. With its military forces sweeping across Earth and its space fleets poised to bring the other Sides under its heel, the Empire faces no serious challenge from the crumbling Earth Federation. The sole opposition comes from the League Militaire, whose cutting-edge mobile suits and youthful pilots form the last genuine resistance. Thirteen-year-old Uso Ewin is thrust into the conflict when fighting erupts near his home in Eastern Europe. As the Newtype pilot of the Victory Gundam, he battles not only to bring down the Zanscare Empire, but also to uncover the fate of his parents, who departed for space and left him behind.
