Synopsis

In the limited edition sixth volume of the manga, this adaptation runs 10 to 15 minutes and retells the story from the first volume. The protagonist and author of Sanzoku Diary is Okamoto Kentarou. Raised in a rural area, he knew an older hunter. Inspired in 2009, Kentarou chooses to relocate from Tokyo to Okayama Prefecture to pursue a life as a hunter. Using an air rifle and various traps, he hunts, processes, and eats many kinds of game. The manga explores the detailed aspects of his hunting experiences.
