Synopsis

In "Meiji Tokyo Renka," Mei Ayazuki leads an ordinary life until the moon turns blood-red and full, marking the moment Charlie, a self-proclaimed magician, transports her to an alternate Meiji-era Tokyo. Here, ghosts are commonplace, and she finds herself at the Rokumeikan, meeting historical figures such as Ougai Mori, Shunsou Hishida, Otojirou Kawakami, Kyouka Izumi, Gorou Fujita, Yakumo Koizumi, and Tousuke Iwasaki. With Charlie’s help, Mei discovers she is a Tamayori, someone gifted with the ability to see spirits, a rare talent that brings her both respect and complications in her new environment. Her interactions with these historical men deepen, leading to romantic entanglements. The narrative delves into Mei's quest to return to her own time while exploring the potential for love across different eras.
