Synopsis
He is willing to give up everything for the one he loves. While volunteering in Nepal, Sangmin Han, a Korean medical student, meets the beautiful yet sorrowful Sita. Once worshipped as a Kumari—a living goddess—she was later ostracized and abandoned by her community. Despite the odds, they fall deeply in love, marry, and move to Korea. Their happiness is short-lived, however, as Sita dies after just one year. Overcome with grief, Sangmin begs the gods to restore her to life. His wish is granted, but at a price: he finds himself back in Nepal, his body inexplicably aged, and before him stands a young Sita with no memory of him. This story chronicles the intertwined destinies of these two lovers, exploring Sita’s journey as a Kumari and Sangmin’s determined efforts to alter her doomed future.
