Synopsis

An urban legend circulates through Tokyo, claiming that anyone who posts a request on the Ask-a-Thief Channel will see the Phantom Thieves of Hearts appear to steal the heart of a corrupt individual and force them to repent for their crimes. As Tokyo experiences a wave of strange incidents, more people turn to the channel, hoping for the intervention of these mysterious vigilantes. Kazuya Makigami lives a double life as a nighttime burglar, but he increasingly questions the morality of his own actions and those of his partners. Unable to resolve his doubts with his accomplices, Kazuya decides to reach out to the Ask-a-Thief Channel for help.
