Synopsis

More than ten years ago, a battle between the Red King Genji Kagutsu and the Blue King Jin Habari triggered what came to be called the Kagutsu Incident—a devastating catastrophe that destroyed part of eastern Japan and took over 700,000 lives, among them the two kings themselves. Years afterward, Goki Zenjo—once Jin Habari's right-hand man and one of the incident's survivors—comes back to serve at SCEPTER 4, which is now led by Reisi Munakata, the new Blue King. Even so, Zenjo struggles to regard Munakata as his rightful king. One day, Munakata asks Zenjo to take charge of training a new young recruit, Takeru Kusuhara, claiming that Zenjo's instruction will prove essential to SCEPTER 4's future.

Sukuna Gojo is a young man who fled his affluent household after growing weary of his domineering parents. Since then, he has been surviving on the streets alone, relying on an SNS application known as JUNGLE that bestows its users with unnatural powers and abilities. One day, Sukuna makes contact with the founder of JUNGLE, the Green King Nagare Hisui. Eager to learn more about the enigmatic Green King, Sukuna resolves to climb the ranks of JUNGLE to meet Hisui face-to-face. However, to reach the highest tier, Sukuna must defeat the most powerful user within JUNGLE.
