This Boy is a Professional Wizard

Synopsis

Chiharu Kashima, the head of the Wizard Bureau's Crisis Countermeasures Division, is one of the few people capable of using magic. While visiting his usual bar, he meets Toyohi Utsumi, a kind-hearted man who has long dreamed of becoming a wizard. Delighted to meet someone like Kashima, Toyohi confesses his feelings and admits he has fallen for the young captain. As the two grow closer, Kashima begins to worry that Toyohi may only be attracted to his magical powers rather than to him as a person.
