Ikkitousen: Western Wolves

Synopsis

Continues the story of Ikkitousen: Extravaganza Epoch

Sonsaku Hakufu, along with Shokatsuryou Koumei, Chouhi Ekitoku, and Ryuubi Gentoku, looks into a series of recent incidents involving Magatama. The attackers seem to come from the western territories, and each defeated warrior has a sword-brim mark on them. Kan'u Unchou, a top-ranked A-class fighter, faces the enemies but fails. Ekitoku thinks the Kansai area might be hiding strong S-class fighters, which could explain Unchou's defeat. The group decides to meet with Chouun Shiryuu and Kan at a nearby temple to stop more casualties, but the situation is getting worse quickly.

In this installment

The combatants from the Kanto region have deduced that their previously unidentified assailants come from Nara and are tied to the Yamato School and its dangerous leader, Himiko. With leaders Hakufu Sonsaku and Moutoku Sousou already robbed of their Magatama jewels by the attackers, only Gentoku Ryuubi remains as the sole fully operational leader. To maintain sufficient fighting capability, the fighters of Nanyo, Kyosho, and Seito combine forces for the counterattack. Although they anticipate falling into a carefully laid trap, they ultimately have no choice, and even Hakufu wishes to take part. However, Hakufu is left behind at one of the stations along the way to Nara.
