Synopsis

After countless years of devoted service, Jesus Christ and Gautama Buddha decide they deserve a break and descend from heaven to rent a small apartment in Tokyo, Japan. As they strive to stay under the radar, they enjoy modern pleasures like theme parks and limited-time sales. Jesus and Buddha also celebrate each other's holidays, observe the changing seasons, and explore their new, unfamiliar surroundings.
