Synopsis

In a seemingly endless night that stretches across an entire year, a university student pursues a black-haired underclassman—the girl of his dreams—without rest. His strategy is simple: he arranges daily encounters designed to appear as fortunate coincidences. Yet, despite his relentless efforts, the nature of their relationship remains unchanged. Meanwhile, the black-haired girl, a firm believer in fate, seeks to experience as much as possible, allowing events to unfold on their own. Roaming through Kyoto's lively streets, she learns that a childhood book—the one that set her destined path in motion—is now available at a local second-hand bookstore. Upon hearing this, the student sees another chance for a "coincidental" meeting, determined to acquire the book first, hoping it will finally connect their fates.
