Synopsis
In the 18th century, a man gets lost in the mountains at night and accidentally finds a small shrine. As soon as he steps inside, the space shifts into a room from another world.
Background
Tsukumo was elected as one of the Jury Recommended Works in the 16th Japan Media Arts Festival Animation Division and was nominated for Best Animated Short at the 86th Academy Awards. Winner of the Platinum Grand Prize during the 2014 Future Film Festival, held in Italy.
