Synopsis

One year after becoming step-siblings, Masamune Izumi and Sagiri Izumi remain haunted by the sudden death of their parents. The tragedy creates a rift between them, causing Sagiri to retreat into total isolation, shutting out both her brother and the outside world. To cope with his own grief, Masamune dedicates himself to writing light novels, finding solace in his craft. However, as his fame rises, he encounters a peculiar issue: he has never met Eromanga-sensei, the enigmatic illustrator responsible for his success and known for provocative artwork. A string of unexpected events reveals that Sagiri is actually the artist behind the illustrations. As new characters and challenges arise within the light novel industry, the siblings gradually begin to repair their fractured relationship. Their journey traces the strengthening of their bond and their shared pursuit of recognition, all while maintaining the secrecy of Sagiri's identity as she cautiously starts to re-enter society.
