Synopsis

After the chaos caused by the Black Order, the survivors of Bo City are forced to relocate. Mo Fan's family chooses to settle in Mingzhu City, the heart of the magical world. Before they can move on, however, his instructor Tang Yue asks Mo Fan to help investigate the secrets behind the Black Order. Mo Fan agrees, but only if he can unlock a hidden dark element within himself. As he grows accustomed to his newfound abilities, Mo Fan prepares to enroll at Mingzhu University, a prestigious school for mages. His growing mastery over the elements exceeds his greatest expectations, pointing toward a vast and unexplored future full of endless possibilities and discoveries.

In this installment

In preparation for the transfer evaluation to the main campus, Mo Fan confronts an attack from the Black Order. To deal with this threat, he undergoes intense training within the Three Step Pagoda. Afterward, he is chosen as an exchange student, with the program involving both a team competition and a practical exam in a city overrun by monsters. At the same time, fugitives from the defense force add further obstacles, making his path to becoming the most powerful mage even harder.
