In this city, creating powerful and outstanding music grants control over it. However, a wicked plot threatens to shroud Midi City in darkness. Will Cyan step in before it's too late? Cyan Hijirikawa views herself as an ordinary girl in a dull world, despite her remarkable guitar talent. Lacking the confidence to follow her dream of forming a band and becoming a music star, she is unaware of the hidden strength within her—the ability to vanquish evil with her enchanting melodies. Set off on this melodic adventure with Cyan, Chuchu, Retoree, and Moa in a world where music reigns supreme.

In the bustling musical metropolis of MIDICITY, a gothic lolita kitty girl named Cyan catches the attention of Maple Arisugawa, the head of a major music agency. She teams up with Chuchu, an overachieving rabbit girl whose name is a pun on bunny sounds; Retoree, a dog girl with a knack for technology (her name derived from "Retriever"); and Moa, an extraterrestrial sheep (?) girl. Together, they form the band "Plasmagica," with the goal of taking over the global music scene. Their path is filled with obstacles, but staying optimistic is essential. As they face off against other eccentric bands, Plasmagica steadily advances toward becoming a top-tier act. Perhaps they will become the group that pushes MIDICITY's music industry to new heights... On the road to becoming music millionaires!
