Synopsis

This is a short anime from the Show By Rock!! series. In the music metropolis known as MIDICITY, a cat girl dressed in gothic lolita fashion named Cyan gets scouted by Maple Arisugawa, the head of a music agency. She then encounters Chuchu (a pun on the sound rabbits make), a rabbit girl who is an honor student; Retoree (derived from "Retriever"), a dog girl and internet geek; and Moa, an alien sheep (?) girl. Together they form the band called Plasmagica and set their sights on becoming the best in the world. However, the journey is long and tough, so keeping a positive attitude is essential. Through clashes with other bizarre bands, Plasmagica slowly evolves into a top-grade band. In the end, they might become the driving force behind MIDICITY's music industry... Maybe? Gonna be a music millionaire!
