Synopsis

Continues the story of Sengoku Youko

In "Sengoku Youko," Shinsuke Hyoudou, a young man who dreams of becoming a samurai, sees his life change forever when the hermit Jinka Yamato and the magical fox girl Tama Youko quickly dispatch a group of bandits. Tama, a katawara with mystical powers, can pass her abilities to Jinka through a special ritual, and the two roam the land as vigilantes, taking down both wicked humans and supernatural creatures. As Shinsuke explores this hidden world further, he learns that monks are conducting unethical experiments on people with spiritual gifts, trying to create human-katawara hybrids to fight monsters. After rescuing a girl named Shakuyaku from these experiments, she decides to join their group, along with other companions, as they set out on a journey to fulfill their own objectives.
