Synopsis

Continues the story of Samurai Warriors: Legend of the Sanada

The anime special follows the young Sanada siblings, Nobuyuki and Yukimura, who pledge to defend their powerful clan. Yet as they consider the clan's path forward, Yukimura makes a pivotal decision and encounters Mitsunari Ishida and Naoe Kanetsugu. At the same time, his older brother Nobuyuki struggles with the lofty expectations from the Tokugawa clan.

As the final phase of Japan's unification approaches, Hideyoshi Toyotomi sets his sights on the last bastion of resistance: Odawara Castle, defended by the formidable Ujiyasu Houjou, known as the "Lion of Sagami." Leading Hideyoshi's troops are his elite commanders, including Mitsunari Ishida, Kiyomasa Katou, and Masanori Fukushima, along with other key figures such as Yoshitsugu Ootani, Sakon Shima, and Kanetsugu Naoe. The Sanada clan also sends its young members into the fray—the elder brother Nobuyuki and the younger brother Yukimura. As the siege draws to a close, Yukimura charges alone into the battlefield, and his brother Nobuyuki quickly follows suit in the assault.
