Synopsis

In "Domestic Girlfriend," Natsuo Fujii harbors a secret crush on Hina, his cheerful teacher, though he believes his feelings will never be reciprocated. After a friend convinces him to attend a mixer, he encounters Rui, a girl who mirrors his own emotional reserve. Eager to demonstrate she is more mature than others assume, Rui invites Natsuo to her home and asks him to spend the night. Despite his lingering thoughts of Hina, Natsuo reluctantly accepts. Following their intimate night, both feel hollow and part ways. Natsuo's world is upended when his father reveals he is remarrying Tsukiko Tachibana. Upon discovering that Tsukiko's daughters are Hina and Rui, now his new step-sisters, the situation becomes incredibly complicated. Now living under the same roof as the teacher he loves and the girl with whom he shared his first intimate experience, Natsuo must navigate a web of tangled emotions and confront the complexities of love.
