In the easygoing Chiba Prefecture, where things move slowly, Shikawa Ako is a perfectly ordinary high school student living a decidedly average life. However, her routine gets thrown into chaos when she becomes the focal point of the hilarious and bizarre occurrences depicted in The Legend of Super Normal Prefecture Chiba.
