Synopsis
An animated introductory trailer and promotional video for the mobile game Tales of the Rays have been released, along with the main promotional clip. Bandai Namco has confirmed that this serves as a direct sequel to the original Tales of the Rays and has posted the videos on their YouTube channel. The game features new main characters, Ickx Neve and Mileena Weiss, while also including returning characters from previous Tales games. Rather than creating a separate app, the current application will undergo a major update. This update will bring the main storyline to a conclusion, then restart it several years later within the narrative timeline—which will reset all player progress. The story is expected to take a darker direction. The project was first announced in 2015, with the official release scheduled for later this year.
