Synopsis

The most advanced and lethal weapon of the future has arrived, surpassing all previous iterations. A new stage in human evolution—a breed of "metahumans" possessing formidable psychic powers—has started emerging across the globe. These mutants, designated as the "E's," can transform thought into energy.
