Hirano to Kagiura

Synopsis

A special animated short, Hirano to Kagiura accompanies the Sasaki to Miyano: Sotsugyou-hen movie. The story focuses on Hirano, a second-year high school student living in a campus dormitory. He has recently been assigned a new roommate: Kagiura, a first-year. Kagiura is a dedicated member of the basketball team who works hard, but he struggles to wake up in the mornings. Hirano steps in as his support system for that. The two get along very well, and Hirano is deeply fond of his sincere and straightforward roommate. What Hirano does not realize, however, is that Kagiura is completely and utterly in love with him. This short screened in theaters before Sasaki to Miyano: Sotsugyou-hen and is also available for streaming on Crunchyroll.
