Synopsis
In "CHOYOYU!: High School Prodigies Have It Easy Even in Another World!", seven renowned Japanese high school students, celebrated for their extraordinary talents, survive a plane crash and find themselves transported to the medieval fantasy land of Freyjagard. This society is built upon feudal principles, with byuma—beings possessing animal-like traits and formidable strength—and hyuma, those with minimal magical potential, living together. The survivors are rescued by Winona, a byuma warrior, and her adopted elven child, Lyrule. They decide to repay the villagers of Elm Village for their kindness by leveraging their advanced knowledge and skills, all while searching for a way back to their own world. Leading this group of prodigies is Tsukasa Mikogami, the Prime Minister of Japan. He orchestrates their efforts in Freyjagard, striving to gather the necessary information and resources to achieve their goals. Tsukasa theorizes that their situation may be connected to an ancient prophecy foretelling the arrival of seven heroes from another world who defeated a wicked dragon. Encouraging the group to immerse themselves in the local culture and seek out hints that could lead them home, Tsukasa also stresses the importance of exercising restraint to prevent their powerful abilities from accidentally causing harm to this new world they inhabit.
