Synopsis

Continues the story of [Oshi No Ko]

In the world of show business, stars frequently maintain a perfect facade to conceal their private hardships, a deception fans readily embrace until reality sets in. Ai Hoshino, a sixteen-year-old idol of the group B Komachi, captivates crowds with her performance, yet her sudden announcement of a health-related hiatus sparks worry among her supporters. Gorou Amemiya, a gynecologist and ardent admirer of Ai, offers assistance from his distant clinic while dreaming of a future meeting. That wish is unexpectedly fulfilled when Ai visits his hospital, not for sickness, but because she is expecting twins. As Gorou concentrates on securing a safe delivery, he contemplates how this chance encounter might redefine his bond with the celebrity.

In the second season of [Oshi No Ko], thanks to producer Masaya Kaburagi, Aquamarine "Aqua" Hoshino and Kana Arima land the parts of Touki and Tsurugi for the stage adaptation of the hit manga Tokyo Blade by Lala Lai Theatrical Company. Aqua's co-star, Akane Kurokawa, takes on the role of Princess Saya, Touki's fiancée. Since fans favor the pairing of Touki and Tsurugi, Saya's role in the original work has been reduced, making Akane's performance difficult. The situation grows more complex due to discrepancies between the script and the source material, a problem that also troubles creator Abiko Samejima. However, Aqua's priorities go beyond the show; he seeks to draw nearer to director Toshirou Kindaichi to uncover what he knows about Aqua's mother, Ai.
