Synopsis
Originally a fictional series within the Nodame Cantabile manga, this anime was later presented as a theatrical film in the fourth episode of the live-action TV adaptation. Eventually, the complete "movie" was added as a bonus feature on the Nodame Cantabile anime DVD release.
