Bride of Darkness

Synopsis

A young servant named Sanshiro, hopelessly in love with his master's daughter Momoyo, tortures himself with lustful thoughts as he peeks at the buxom young woman through a hole in her ceiling. On the day her fiancé returns from abroad to take her away, Sanshiro is consumed by despair—until he watches in astonishment as Momoyo and her fiancé engage in depraved sadomasochistic acts with each other and various members of the household. As time passes, Sanshiro grows convinced that these bizarre rituals are intended to summon some kind of demon, and he takes it upon himself to put a stop to her fiancé's plans before the woman he loves is destroyed.
