In a future era where humanity's exploration of the cosmos has reached a golden age, machinist Chen Mo believed he would successfully arrive at the new world—the Wild Land—aboard an interstellar spacecraft. However, upon awakening, he finds the Wild Land reduced to a barren wasteland, and his crew members transformed into terrifying puppet-like monsters. Unbeknownst to Chen Mo, during his centuries-long slumber in the dormancy chamber, humanity had established an interstellar federation, turning the Wild Land into a veritable abyss. Why am I still alive? —Burdened by countless questions, Chen Mo repairs four robot assistants, each with distinct personalities and functions. With their aid, he prepares to journey back to Earth. Yet, the sudden appearance of an alien woman completely derails his return plans...
