Magical Girl Spec-Ops Asuka

Synopsis

Three years ago, a horde of interdimensional beings known as the Disas descended upon Earth, leaving destruction in their wake. Conventional weaponry proved useless, leaving humanity's only hope in those who forged contracts with the Spirit Realm to become magical girls. They fought alongside the Disas as they traveled to Earth, and after a grueling struggle, the magical girl unit emerged victorious. The remaining members came to be called the "Magical Five." After the conflict, the Magical Five disbanded. Kurumi Mugen, Mia Cyrus, Tamara Volkova, and Lau Peipei returned to their respective military duties, while their leader, Asuka Ootorii, chose to step back and live as an ordinary high school student. But Asuka's peaceful days are short-lived—some Disas managed to survive. With the reality that magic can only be countered by magic, Asuka is pulled back into battle as an even greater threat looms.
