Synopsis
There exist gamblers who stake even their own lives as wagers. To ensure fairness in these deadly bets, a violent and influential syndicate called "Kakerou" acts as a neutral arbiter for such games. Follow Baku Madarame, known as Usogui (The Lie Eater), as he faces off against deranged opponents in contests—including Escape the Abandoned Building, Old Maid, and Hangman—with the ultimate goal of outsmarting and seizing control of the neutral organization Kakerou itself.
