Synopsis
In a world resembling medieval Europe, rising tensions between rival kingdoms erupt into open war. Zhcted, a land divided into seven territories, is ruled by powerful warrior women called Vanadis. One of them, Eleonora Viltaria—known as Elen—wields a weapon inscribed with a dragon and leads an invasion into the neighboring kingdom of Brune. Tigrevurmud Vorn, a skilled archer and the Earl of Alsace in Brune, watches as his forces are crushed by Elen's army. Surprisingly, Elen spares Tigre and demands his surrender, declaring, "Become mine!" This unusual bond raises questions about the true motives behind their connection. Based on Tsukasa Kawaguchi's light novels, Madan no Ou to Vanadis unfolds an epic tale rich in strategic warfare and dynamic female protagonists. As they become caught in a larger international conflict, Tigre and Elen must unravel a web of hidden truths, political schemes, and widespread corruption.
