Synopsis

In a messy room littered with empty alcohol bottles, a half-full glass of whisky sits. A girl wakes up drowsily and goes through her usual morning actions. That is YOUR daily start; a slow-moving YOU trying to get up. The emoticon stands for ME watching YOU. I am the one playing tricks on YOU, seeing YOU strum a guitar and take sips of drinks. One day, as YOU walk through town, YOU run into THE CHILDHOOD FRIEND buying an anemone, a flower I once loved. Remembering that, YOU quickly buy one as well. THE CHILDHOOD FRIEND arranges their anemone carefully. Years after I have passed away, YOU hear a strange noise coming from a closet. When YOU open it, YOU discover MY garden spread out before YOU. An intense flood of feelings from both ME and YOU follows. Leaving the room full of memories behind, YOU put a painting of an anemone—made by YOU—in YOUR new home.
