Synopsis

Continues the story of You're Under Arrest (1996)

In "You're Under Arrest" (1996), the story follows Tokyo Highway Patrol officers Natsumi and Miyuki, whose partnership begins badly when Miyuki gives Natsumi a ticket for reckless moped riding. Their conflict grows after they discover they will be working together as partners. Continuing from the OVA series, this television adaptation explores more of the two policewomen's experiences at Bokuto Precinct. They encounter various criminals and a group of attractive but reserved male officers, with the precinct's most adorable resident hiding an unexpected secret: they are not human.

In Bokutou Precinct, officers typically handle minor infractions such as speeding sports cars. However, when Officers Nikaido Yoriko and Aoi Futaba uncover a stash of illegal weapons in a stolen vehicle, and a series of traffic signal malfunctions throws Tokyo's streets into chaos, the stakes rise sharply. Officers Kobayakawa Miyuki and Tsujimoto Natsumi are tasked with solving the puzzle. Can Miyuki's cherished Mini-Pat and Natsumi's persistence overcome a cunning foe determined to use these system vulnerabilities to bring Tokyo—and possibly the world—to a standstill?
