Synopsis

In Saimin Seishidou, Hajime Tanaka possesses unique hypnotic powers that enable him to control anyone he touches. Using this ability, he persuades a government official to appoint him as a "Sex Counsellor," granting him total authority over sexual matters. As a result, every couple must receive Hajime's guidance before engaging in any romantic activities. Yui Obata and Daiki Tachibana become Hajime's first clients. Under the influence of his hypnosis, Yui develops complete trust in the counsellor, allowing a full examination. Daiki observes and meticulously records their session, capturing every detail for future reference.
