Joker arrives in Japan with the goal of stealing the Eagle Talon Society's secret weapons as part of his ongoing plan to create pure chaos. The Justice League is on his tail, but something seems wrong with Batman. The Eagle Talon Society must investigate what has happened to him, which leads them to travel back in time to the moment of Bruce Wayne's most traumatic experience—the murder of his parents. Meanwhile, the Eagle Talon Society also has to watch their production budget carefully, since much of it is being spent on licensing fees for DC's popular characters. Can the Eagle Talon Society and the Justice League stop the Joker before their funds run out and they are reduced to simple stick figures?
