Synopsis
This project combines the Eagle Talon franchise with Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Official Development Assistance (ODA) program. The character Yoshida takes on the role of ODAman, providing thorough explanations of the ODA program. In essence, this effort gathers funds from developed nations to assist developing countries in reducing disparities in fields like education, agriculture, and economic strength. Each episode first airs on MOFA’s official YouTube channel, then later becomes available on DLE’s official YouTube channel.
