Synopsis
The month of March arrives, leaving only a month remaining in the third term. Sakuta Azusagawa is looking forward to commemorating the graduation of his girlfriend, Mai Sakurajima. While he waits for Mai at Shichirigahama beach, an elementary school girl who bears a striking resemblance to how Mai looked during her child actress days appears before him. As he ponders this strange encounter, his father calls him. Kaede's mother has never been able to accept what happened to Kaede. Having spent such a long time in the hospital, their mother now wishes to see her daughter once more. In order to grant their mother's wish, Sakuta decides to meet her face-to-face for the first time in a long while. He cannot conceal his anxiety over the situation. Then, scars that Sakuta has never seen before begin to appear on his body. Could these be an omen of a new type of puberty syndrome?
Background
Seishun Buta Yarou wa Randoseru Girl no Yume wo Minai adapts the ninth volume of the light novel. The movie was released on Blu-ray and DVD on June 26, 2024.
