She has developed a crush on the main protagonist, Tomoki Sakurai, and fights until the end, at which point the world's memory of Hiyori is erased after she dies in her dream and returns to her real body. So desperate is she to go back to her dream that heaven's master modifies her into an Angeloid of Clockwork, but she regains consciousness with Tomoki's help. Even so, that is not enough to save her life.
