Synopsis
This anime is a joint project between XFLAG and Tatsunoko Production, described as "battle entertainment for girls." It brings together Akubi from Tatsunoko's Hakushon Daimaou TV anime and Pandora from XFLAG's Monster Strike smartphone game (which also has its own web anime adaptation). Akubi first appeared in the original 1969 Hakushon Daimaou anime as the daughter of the titular genie Hakushon; the franchise marked its 50th anniversary that October. Pandora is a "girl of wishes" from the Monster Strike game, who has been portrayed as a mischief maker in its anime adaptation.
